SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Program Committee.

All papers must follow the formatting rules for Proceedings in Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website or download a Word Template or Latex Package) and be written in English.

The version of papers for evaluation by the Program Committee, saved in PDF format, must not include identification, e-mail and affiliation of the authors. This information must only be available in the camera-ready version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and also in PDF format. These files must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form filled out, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at the conference management system.

To submit or upload a paper please go to: Submit paper in EasyChair.
All submitted papers will be subjected to a “double-blind review” by at least two members of the Program Committee.. The papers should clearly indicate the aims and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper.

Based on Program Committee evaluation, a paper can be accepted  or rejected by the Conference Chairs. In the later case, it can be accepted as the type originally submitted or as another type. Thus, full papers can be accepted as short papers or poster papers only. Similarly, short papers can be accepted as poster papers only. In these cases, the authors will be allowed to maintain the original number of pages in the camera-ready version.

The authors of accepted poster papers must also build and print a poster to be exhibited during the Conference. This poster must follow an A1 or A2 vertical format. The Conference can includes Work Sessions where these posters are presented and orally discussed, with a 5 minute limit per poster.

STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER

Step 1:
Creating an EasyChair Account: (If you already have an EasyChair account from a previous conference, use your existing account for this conference, skip this step and start from Step 2). Go to the Easychair Abstract submission page, you should register first – just click at the “sign up for an account” link at the login page and fill in the form. The system will send you an e-mail with the instructions how to finish the registration.

Step 2:
Go to the EasyChair EMENA-TSSL'18 submission page

Step 3:
Enter your EasyChair username and password and log in

Step 4:
Click NEW SUBMISSION at the top of the page

Step 5:
By following the instructions fill in the form, and then submit NOTE: After submitting your paper successfully, you should receive an e-mail from EasyChair that you have successfully submitted your abstract by copy/paste.

NOTE:
Some mails servers at universities “filter out” the automatic e-mails send by the EasyChair system. In case you do not receive an e-mail from EasyChair (it may take some time), try to find it in “junk” e-mails. Sometimes this does not help and it is necessary to use another e-mail address. (According to our experience, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook and etc. addresses work well.) In case you forgot your username or password for your EasyChair account, follow the link after the words “If you have problems to sign in” at the login page. Abstract Submitting Process via EasyChair
